Information Systems & Technology - (IS/IT)

The Information Systems and Technology department is divided into two groups - IS and IT. The Information Systems Group (IS) provides custom application and internet development for all internal Tiburon departments. The Information Technology group (IT) is responsible for the network, servers, backups and helpdesk functions, as well as installation of packaged software applications for internal users.

Finance

The Finance department is comprised of the Studio Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who carries responsibility for the Tiburon budget process. His team includes Financial Analysts who oversee our Travel and Entertainment policies and procedures and Purchasing functions, as well as Contracts Administrators who prepare and administer all contracts for the Studio.

Facilities

Our Facilities Manager directs a team of Facilities Technicians that keep the building and amenities in tip-top shape. Their tasks include space planning, coordinating employee office moves, and setting up video conferencing and other high-tech equipment. Our very popular Company Store, run by the Store Manager, falls under the domain of Facilities and provides employees the opportunity to purchase video games, video consoles and sports-related clothing at attractive discounts.

Resource Management Office - (RMO)

The RMO establishes and helps maintain well balanced, productive and healthy teams studio-wide. Their role is to help managers craft balanced teams with talented individuals and objectively monitor and support the composition of all teams across the organization. The ultimate aim is to help individuals meet goals and preferences by ensuring that their team assignments align with staff skills, roles, career paths and studio objectives.

Human Resources - (HR)

The goal of Human Resources is to assist in developing and enhancing a culture of excellence at Tiburon. The department is comprised of several groups with distinct roles. Talent Acquisition's team of recruiters is tasked with sourcing, recruiting and hiring top-notch talent for the Studio. The HR Director and his team of HR Managers focus on developing employees, managers and leaders by establishing and implementing strategic policies and by advancing performance management throughout the organization. On-boarding, new hire orientation and questions regarding benefits and payroll, as well as some HRIS reporting tasks, are handled by the team of HR Coordinators. And last, but not least, our EA University Trainers provide valuable onsite and online educational classes that include both technical and soft skills training.
