Managers set vision and expectations for their teams, solve problems, make effective decisions, enable collaboration, create efficient plans, and establish and share best practices to drive quality, lead change, and deliver. Regardless of whether managers are challenged with directing game development, central teams, or support services, they never lose sight of the who, what, where, when, and how necessary to create and deliver great games.
