QA Tester

The Quality
Assurance department houses our testing group and is the backbone of video game production. As the name implies, the QA tester's job
is literally to ensure the quality of every release and provide one of the most important contributions to the game creation process.
Testers try to "break" the game by seeking out and reporting bugs to Development. Once Development addresses these bugs, they will send them
back to QA to confirm the fixes are successful, and the cycle continues until the game is ready for store shelves. Without QA, your favorite game
would still be on the drawing board!
The QA department sees a wide variety of the games that comes through EA and can have their hands on multiple projects at any given time.
Testers will experience the game creation process from concept to completion, and along with learning tricks and tips for how to exploit the game,
testers will also have to exercise their brains -- testing out even the most implausible scenarios and judging the game's reaction. The tester
is a gaming expert. If it's possible to do it, QA has done it! In addition, with the diversity of titles EA produces, there's truly a place for
everyone in the testing world.
